1. GENERAL DETAILS
1. Purchase a Big Hitter card at Playgolf Northwick Park for just £99, and get £148 in value:
- FOUR Golf Lessons worth £29.50 each, valid for 12 months
- £30 Range Ball credit, valid for 12 months
2. PROMOTIONAL OFFER PERIOD
The Big Hitter card is available for purchase up to and including 24th December 2009. Golf Lessons and Range Ball credits on the card are valid until 31st December 2010.
3. HOW TO GET THE BIG HITTER CARD
3a) Complete the Big Hitter Registration Form at www.northwickpark.com/big-hitter.php.
Click Submit. You will see a thank you page on the website with a unique code number. You will also receive a Confirmation Email, also containing your details and your unique code number.
3b) Print out the email, or the web page, and visit Playgolf Northwick Park, bringing the printout with you.
3c) At Playgolf Northwick Park, ask to speak to our Playgolf Academy staff, who will complete your purchase, and give you your Big Hitter card pre-loaded with the value from this offer.
4. GIFT PURCHASES
If you are buying the Big Hitter as a gift:
4a) Register the Card in the name of the person who will be using it;
4b) Complete all other parts of the Registration Form with your own details, including your own email address - as this is where the confirmation email will be sent.
4c) Visit Playgolf Northwick Park and complete the purchase as above.
5. GETTING YOUR GOLF LESSONS
A Playgolf Academy golf professional will discuss your programme of golf lessons with you, when you have purchased the Big Hitter card. For more details, call 020 8864 2020, or speak to our Playgolf Academy staff at Playgolf Northwick Park.
6. GETTING YOUR GOLF BALLS
Once it is pre-loaded, simply swipe your Big Hitter card in the ball dispensing machines at Playgolf Northwick Park, choosing 25, 50 or 100 balls. For BEST VALUE, choose '100 balls'.
7. PLAYGOLF / LEISURE GOLF

8. REGISTRATION
To register with Playgolf Northwick Park you must be over sixteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details.
9. Playgolf Northwick Park’S RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION
Playgolf Northwick Park may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
You can cancel this agreement at any time by informing us in writing. If you do so, you must stop using the Playgolf Northwick Park Big Hitter card. The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the Playgolf Northwick Park Big Hitter card shall not affect either party`s rights or liabilities.
10. Playgolf Northwick Park EMAIL NEWSLETTER
By signing up for the Big Hitter Offer you are also opting-in to the Playgolf Northwick Park email newsletter, giving Playgolf Northwick Park permission to send you emails informing you of events, new offers and free video golfing hints and tips. The Playgolf Northwick Park email newsletter will be sent at least monthly and will include an unsubscribe link in every edition. You can read our privacy policy HERE.
11. DATA HANDLING
Playgolf Northwick Park ensures confidential handling of all customer data received. Personal details are not passed on to any 3rd party.
12. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
13a) You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
13b) If you breach these Terms and Conditions and Playgolf Northwick Park ignores this, Playgolf Northwick Park will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions.
13c) Playgolf Northwick Park shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
13d) A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
