Classes are yoga postures tailored for pregnant women, involving some breath work, stretching, energizing sequences and deep relaxation at the end. Pregnancy yoga is designed to make pregnant women to feel better in their bodies during changes of pregnancy and give a few valuable tools for the birth as well. No previous yoga experience is required, but it is only suitable after the 12th week of the pregnancy. |
