Énergie Fitness Club is a 5000 sq ft specialist fitness club situated on the lower ground floor at Playgolf Northwick Park. You can JOIN AS A MEMBER, or PAY AS YOU TRAIN. Members get much better value! You can also join in our CLASSES - which we run for all levels of experience. OUR CLASSES

WHAT ARE THEY?

Boxing Circuit
A tough and effective multi–station based workout for the whole body. Combining aerobic and muscle work with boxing moves and coordination exercises.
Core Stability
A slower class using Fit Balls concentrating on core abdominal strength to improve posture, balance and coordination as well as working all the major muscle groups.
Legs, Bums & Tums
A low impact workout designed to tone, reshape and strengthen. Concentrating on those problematic areas of the lower body —thighs, buttocks and abdominals.
Pilates
If you’d like to have longer, leaner body with flatter stomach, Pilates is right for you. It provides a series of exercises to strengthen the inner core muscles therefore providing a good base of strength to work on the outer muscles. Exercises will also improve flexibility and balance without stressing joints.
Abdominal Blast
A short and effective session that focuses on exercises for toning and strengthening the mid torso.
PUMP!
A non–impact, resistance training routine that utilises barbells and adjustable weights. It is a high–energy class focusing on improving all over muscular strength and endurance, giving your muscles tone and definition. Studio based group session suitable for both male and female and all levels.
Énergie Spin
Group indoor cycling incorporating top choreography and motivational coaching techniques. This explosive class is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance, whilst strengthening lower body and burning calories with no impact. Beginners need to arrive five minutes early.
Spin Boot Camp
Combines high-intensity multi-station workout with traditional Spin.
Zumba
Ditch the workout, join the party! An exhilarating hour of calorie-burning, body-energising, fun workout session which uses effective interval training combining fast and slow routines while targeting your legs, abs, bum and arms. Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves, ideal for everyone, any age, males or females. You don’t need a partner and you don’t need to know how to dance!
Gym Cardio Challenge
If you are finding it hard to push yourself while working out on your own, come along and let us maximise your cardio workout. Push yourself and challenge others on a variety of cardio machines.

WHAT ARE THEY?

Dance Works (Fees)
A challenging and fun class based on choreographed exercise to music. This motivational class is great for improving fitness and fat burning. Learn the latest moves!
Karate (Fees)
A traditional Karate style offering self-defence, self- discipline, fitness and fun.
Yoga (Fees)
Yoga balances your mind, body and spirit through the practice of meditation, breathing exercises and asanas (physical postures), all of which are known to increase energy levels, improve flexibility and enhance general health and well-being.
Yogalates (Fees)
A fusion of Yoga and Pilates. It is a vigorous physical and intellectually stimulating class. It focuses on improving strength, breathing, physical health, postural alingment, balance and flexibility, toning and strengthening core muscles. Suitable for both male & female.
Bollywood Dance (Fees)
Opportunity to learn modern and classical Bollywood dance moves with an east + west fusion. Whether you want to keep fit, develop confidence on the dance floor or become a professional dancer, Karan and his team will train you to the best of your ability.
Modern Combat
System

Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defence Sawyers Amalgamated Fighting Elements is a unique, modern self defence system, which incorporates Ju-Jitsu, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Boxing & Filipino Kali. It has been designed for men and women to learn what you need to know in order to survive a violent encounter (the physical and the psychological) while increasing your strength, flexibility, CV fitness and reducing body fat.
Pregnancy Yoga (Fees)
Classes are yoga postures tailored for pregnant women, involving some breath work, stretching, energizing sequences and deep relaxation at the end. Pregnancy yoga is designed to make pregnant women to feel better in their bodies during changes of pregnancy and give a few valuable tools for the birth as well. No previous yoga experience is required, but it is only suitable after the 12th week of the pregnancy.
