OUR CLASSES

WHAT ARE THEY?

20-20-20
This class combines 20 min STEP to increase cardio fitness, 20 min BODY CONDITIONING using light weights to tone and condition upper body muscles and 20 min CORE STABILITY which improves posture,
co-ordination and balance.
Body Conditioning
An energetic class choreographed to music concentrating on calorie burning and whole body toning.
Conditioning Circuit Training
An effective and fun multi–station based workout for the whole body. Combining aerobic and muscle work with flexibility training and coordination.
Core Stability
A slower class using Fit Balls concentrating on core abdominal strength to improve posture, balance and coordination as well as working all the major muscle groups.
Focused Sculpt
A class that is like no other. It aims at what you want to train using non–impact resistance training routine that utilises barbells and adjustable weights. It will give your muscles tone and definition. Studio based group session suitable for both male and female and all levels.
Holistic Conditioning
This class combines centuries-old yoga postures with a modern approach to improving postural awareness, core strength, balance and flexibility. This total body conditioning class is designed for functional fitness, allowing you to take what you’ve learnt and apply it to day-to-day life.
Legs, Bums & Tums
A low impact workout designed to tone, reshape and strengthen. Concentrating on those problematic areas of the lower body —thighs, buttocks and abdominals.
Pilates
If you’d like to have longer, leaner body with flatter stomach, Pilates is right for you. It provides a series of exercises to strengthen the inner core muscles therefore providing a good base of strength to work on the outer muscles. Exercises will also improve flexibility and balance without stressing joints.
Step & Tone
An aerobic workout using steps to tone those difficult areas of legs, bums and thighs. Push that fat-burning system into high gear!
Strike!
A fitness class which incorporates a number of boxing moves and techniques without the physical contact. The most obvious benefits are to the cardio-vascular system, muscular strength & endurance, improvement in
motor skills & flexibility. Strike! is a great way of toning your body and letting off steam.
Total Abs & Abdominal Blast
A short and effective session that focuses on exercises for toning and strengthening the mid torso.
Uniq Sculpt

Uniq Spin
Group indoor cycling incorporating top choreography and motivational coaching techniques. This explosive class is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance, whilst strengthening lower body and burning calories with no impact. Beginners need to arrive five minutes early.

Dance Works
A challenging and fun class based on choreographed exercise to music. This motivational class is great for improving fitness and fat burning. Learn the latest moves!
Karate
A traditional Karate style offering self-defence, self- discipline, fitness and fun.
Yoga
Yoga balances your mind, body and spirit through the practice of meditation, breathing exercises and asanas (physical postures), all of which are known to increase energy levels, improve flexibility and enhance general health and well-being.
Bollywood Dance
Opportunity to learn modern and classical Bollywood dance moves with an east + west fusion. Whether you want to keep fit, develop confidence on the dance floor or become a professional dancer, Karan and his team will train you to the best of your ability.
